Our tradition of producing quality food stretches back over three generations since 1885 when our founders, James & Alex Grant joined together to bring their culinary skills & eye for quality to a broader audience.

James & Alex Knew how to select the finest Scottish Beef, Lamb, Poultry and Game and how to combine the best of ingredients into traditional Scottish recipes, to the highest possible standards.
